Tour cost on per person per night basis: -

Kindly Note: -

• Please note that Palace on Wheels is operating only on Wednesday.
• Half fare for children of 5 years and above but less than 12 years.

• Service Tax @2.58% and Commercial tax @US $ 15 per person extra as applicable.

• There will be 10% surcharge levied on the tariff for the trips falling during Christmas and New Year.
• Due to annual maintenance Palace on Wheels is not operating between May to July every year.

Above tour cost includes:

• Accommodation on twin share on full board basis i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner for 7 nights /8 days basis as per the programme.
• All conducted sight seeing tours in deluxe coaches.
• Entrance fee to monuments and palaces and cultural entertainment.
• All present applicable taxes.

Above Cost does not include:

• All Airfares quoted separately.
• Personal nature Expenses i.e. Telephone calls, Laundry, soft / hard drinks, tipping etc.
• Camera Fee at monuments.
• All supplement quoted separately.
• Any Porterage services at Apt/ Rly Stn.
• Any other item not mentioned above.

Reservation / Cancellation - Terms & Conditions

Reservation
(1) 50% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
(2) Remaining 50% of ticket value 65 days prior to departure.

Cancellation
(A) In case of FITs

• 5% of ticket value 65 days prior to departure.
• 20% of ticket value 35 days prior to departure.
• 100% of ticket value between less than 35 days prior to departure.

(B) In case of Group and Charter

• 10% of ticket value 65 days prior to departure.
• 100% of ticket value between 0 to 64 days prior to departure.
